Clinical Specialist – Trauma (Maternity Cover) | Dublin

Join IQVIA in a maternity cover position and help improve outcomes for trauma patients across Dublin.

Are you confident in the operating theatre and passionate about medical technology?

We are looking for a clinically credible, commercially aware Clinical Specialist to provide expert support, education and product guidance to surgical teams throughout the Dublin region.

This is a high-impact field role where you will help healthcare professionals use innovative trauma solutions safely and effectively while developing trusted customer relationships and identifying new opportunities.

What You’ll Do

Provide expert technical support in theatre, helping customers use trauma products and surgical techniques safely and effectively.

Train surgeons, theatre teams and sales colleagues on products, procedures and best practice.

Build trusted relationships with existing and prospective surgeons and identify strong sales opportunities.

Support the effective management of consignment stock, loan kits, equipment and ordering patterns.

Maintain accurate customer activity and opportunity records in the CRM system.

Support product launches, clinical education programmes and other commercial initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

Deep knowledge of orthopaedic trauma procedures, products and the medical device environment.

A proactive, organised approach and the ability to work effectively in a field-based role.

Essential Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

Knowledge of orthopaedics, trauma and the medical device environment.

Medical device, orthopaedic or related sales experience is highly desirable.

Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the territory.
