Read a job. Score your resume against the keyword filters companies use to screen candidates (the systems are called ATS). Rewrite it for that job. Draft a cover letter in your voice. Submit it for you.

Submission, not autofill
Most "AI apply" tools fill the form and stop. We click submit. Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, and join.com go through a direct API. Workday, LinkedIn Easy Apply, iCIMS, and the rest go through a smart browser. Every submission lands in your dashboard with a screenshot or an ATS receipt.
Failed runs are free
Job page 404s. Captcha loop. Recruiter closed the role mid-fill. If we can't finish, your tokens come back automatically. You only get charged for applications that actually went through.
Interview prep on callback

Where other tools do it better
Not every comparison goes our way. Honest list:
- Teal has a richer Kanban tracker. If you want a visual board with drag-and-drop columns, Teal does that better. We use a simpler list view.
- Huntr's Chrome extension is more polished. If you want unlimited one-click bookmarking on free, Huntr beats us. We spend our budget on actually submitting applications, not just saving them.
- Jobscan's ATS database is older and broader. Our scoring uses the same public ATS rules, but they've had a decade to collect parser edge cases.
