Delete your account and data
No sign-in needed. Enter the email on your account and we will send you a link that deletes it when you click it. We email the link rather than deleting straight away so that only someone with access to your inbox can do this.
This is permanent
There is no grace period, and we cannot restore your account afterwards. If you only want to stop being charged, use cancel your plan instead - that keeps your data and your access to the end of the period you paid for.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, resumes and cover letters
- Every application we sent and its status
- Your job matches, preferences and AI settings
- Your saved documents and interview prep
- Any remaining tokens on your balance
An active subscription ends immediately, you lose the remainder of the period you have paid for, and no refund is issued.
What we have to keep
- Payment and invoice records held by our payment processor, kept for tax and accounting. Our own customer record there is deleted at the same time.
- A minimal record that an account on your address was deleted - your email, its domain and the request fingerprint - so the free signup grant cannot be claimed over and over from the same address.
- Our internal audit entry that the deletion happened, with the references back to you removed.
- The relay email address we generated for you, retired permanently so it can never be issued to somebody else.
