How AI Applyd uses AI

AI Applyd is an AI job application platform operated by AI Applyd Inc., a Delaware corporation based in the United States, and founded by Ava Bagherzadeh.

AI Applyd ranks new job postings against your resume, rewrites your resume and cover letter for each role, answers the screener questions, and submits on the employer's own hiring system. Then it tracks every application and shows you the employer's own confirmation.

Every AI feature runs on your instruction, on your account, and on the information you gave us for that job.

AI requests go through OpenRouter, which routes each one to a model provider. Depending on the task, that is one of these model families:

• OpenAI: GPT models
• Google: Gemini and Gemma models
• Z.AI: GLM models, Moonshot AI: Kimi models, and DeepSeek models
• NVIDIA: Nemotron models, and other open models served by OpenRouter hosting partners such as DeepInfra
• Cloudflare Workers AI: the job-preference matching that runs on our own infrastructure

To do its work, a request can carry your profile and contact details, your resume and other documents, your career history, job preferences, application answers and messages, and screenshots of the application page.

We do not use your resumes, jobs or application content to train our own models. Each provider applies its own retention and training policy to what it receives.

• You choose auto or review mode, and you can switch auto-apply off at any time.
• In review mode, nothing reaches an employer until you approve it.
• You can read, edit or delete every resume, cover letter and answer the AI writes.
• AI output can be wrong. Check anything that matters before you rely on it.
• We never make a decision about you. Employers make hiring decisions, and we submit what you asked us to submit.
• An application counts as landed only when the employer's own system confirms it.
