Junior Systems Engineer (0–3 years)

Systems Engineer (3–6 years)

Senior Systems Engineer (6–10 years)

Staff/Principal Systems Engineer (10+ years)

What You Might Work On

Requirements definition, decomposition, and traceability

System architecture and interface management

Integration, verification, and validation planning

Model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and tools like DOORS or Cameo

Cross-functional coordination across hardware, software, and test teams

What We Look For

Bachelor's degree in Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field (Master's a plus for senior-level roles)

Experience with requirements management and systems architecture tools

Strong cross-disciplinary communication skills

Experience ranging from recent graduates to engineers with 10+ years leading systems programs

Salary Range: $60,000-$150,000

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
