Your Challenge
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing organization. In this role, you will support internal projects and implement technology solutions for the Digital & Technology Solutions (DTS) organization, working with Salesforce and other business applications as the technology landscape evolves in the coming years. You will partner with teams across the business to improve process efficiency, drive revenue and profitability, enhance customer support, and strengthen the technology that enables Videojet’s commercial functions.
You will support leadership-led initiatives to enhance business systems, tools, and processes. Success in this role requires the ability to evaluate technical solutions and assess their fit within Videojet’s IT infrastructure, manage product-related work while meeting project timelines, and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. A strong aptitude for learning and developing expertise in these systems is essential.
Your responsibilities as a DTS Business Analyst at Videojet include:
Project Coordination
Coordinate between local service and commercial business teams, integration systems, and global development teams to successfully launch Salesforce projects and maintain post-launch support.
Coordinate positive and fruitful interaction between various business stakeholders and functional teams to deliver results.
Guide and oversee project contributors’ work, provide feedback, and execute strategically towards business goals.
Be the representative of the global IT team and coordinate with the local regional businesses and DTS teams to ensure two-way communication and cooperation.
Business Support
Develop new and/or adapt existing SOP, standard work, and training for the local business organizations.
Assist in creating, monitoring, and driving KPIs to increase productivity through Salesforce reports and dashboards.
Be the local subject matter expert for Salesforce to drive continuous improvement, productivity, revenue growth, and cost reduction.
Systems Development
Translate business requirements into technical specifications while incorporating system constraints and balancing cost-reward relationships
Develop new features, bring in new/emerging technology, and enhance existing features to increase the functionality of business applications and other system environments
Create and modify logic-based business rules, email alerts, and process flows to support continuous improvement and increased automation initiatives
Understand the user’s experience and predict use-cases to architect and implement usable solutions across multiple organizations, systems, and tools
Systems Support
Provide technical & software support for local Salesforce users for Salesforce applications
Develop and implement reporting mechanisms for key business metrics and provide analytical support for users in order to identify and collect growth opportunities
Systems Administration
Develop and/or enhance Standard Work and Auditing activities revolving around data collections, data integrity, and data compliance
Assist the local business in the set-up, on-boarding, and training of new users and managers
Management of mobile-device imaging, deployments, and inventory/spare stock
Analysis and optimization of systems-related operating expenses and expenditures
Maintenance of localized customizations and functions
We are looking for a professional who has:
3-5 years relevant experience and superior understanding of new, emerging, and existing technological capabilities in software and IT, and ability to apply solutions within Videojet
Successfully deliver results while quickly adapting to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges
Ability to work in a global environment, with team members and users around the world
Highly computer literate and internet savvy (Excel, browser, search engine, web applications and technology in general)
Strong deductive reasoning and quantitative analysis. Analytical approach to provide hands-on troubleshooting and issue resolution
Previous experience in Salesforce required. CRM and/or ERP experience desired (Oracle, Navision)
Experience in requirement gathering, translating requirements to functional design documents and the development and execution of tests. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A focus on the user and the user experience and solid understanding of how to run user tests and perform user research
Some programming and/or SQL-related coding experience desired
Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
Role Location:
Hybrid or remote-based at any of the Videojet locations in India.
20% travel would be required for work events, seminars, or other trade events.
