Skills

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or culinary setting

Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques

Knowledge of dietary department standards and dietary aide experience is a plus

Familiarity with fine dining standards and food industry best practices

Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

Excellent understanding of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures

Experience in menu planning, catering, and serving enhances your versatility as a team member
