Support data quality, master data alignment, and dashboard governance across regional project data

Act as a key stakeholder during ATP (Authorization to Proceed) and major project gate reviews

Support milestone tracking and schedule visibility where needed; extended planning ownership may as the function develops

Help establish controlling function as it scales - scope, deliverables, processes, and collaboration models with regional teams and HQ

Pilot and refine approaches, act as a trusted partner to regional teams, reducing PM reporting burden so they can focus on delivery

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or equivalent experience

5+ years in project controls, cost management, budgeting, and forecast analysis - preferably in retail, commercial, or multi-site infrastructure environments

Experience supporting full lifecycle CapEx projects or multi-project programs - budget approval through close-out

Track record of tracking budgets, commitments, forecasts and change orders on construction or infrastructure projects

Proficiency in cost analysis and reporting tools (Power BI a plus); familiarity with scheduling/controls methods is a plus

Comfortable working independently, challenging assumptions with data, and presenting to executive stakeholders
