About the role

This position is for a Riyadh Season Event - a high-profile, large-scale seasonal entertainment and hospitality event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, running on a 6-month contract basis.

A hospitality group participating in the event is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations for a Caribbean-concept restaurant, working closely with the Restaurant Manager to deliver an excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities

Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations

Supervise front-of-house staff and ensure service standards are met

Assist with scheduling, inventory, and cost control

Help maintain the Caribbean dining concept and guest experience

Step in to manage operations in the Restaurant Manager's absence

Requirements

Prior experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role

Strong guest service and team leadership skills

Ability to relocate to Saudi Arabia
