About the role

Eco Formax Technical Services LLC is a licensed Dubai contractor delivering interior fit-out, joinery and maintenance works across residential, commercial and healthcare projects. We are hiring an experienced Furniture Carpenter for our joinery and fit-out work in Dubai.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Building and assembling bespoke furniture, wardrobes, walk-in closets and storage units.

Reception desks, counters, display islands, coffee bars and feature panelling.

Kitchen cabinets, vanity units and TV units.

Working with laminate, veneer, MDF, plywood, solid timber, fluted panel and solid surface.

Edge banding, panel cutting, drilling and jointing to shop drawings.

Fitting hinges, runners, handles, soft-close hardware and lifting mechanisms.

Site installation, levelling, scribing and final adjustment.

Repairs and refurbishment of existing furniture and joinery.

Safe use of workshop machinery and hand tools with correct PPE at all times.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of experience as a furniture or joinery carpenter in the GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait or Bahrain).

Able to read shop drawings and cutting lists and work to given dimensions.

Accurate finishing standard, with attention to edges, joints and alignment.

Experience in both workshop fabrication and site installation is an advantage.

Basic English, Hindi or Urdu for site communication.

Physically fit for site and workshop work.

Valid UAE visa, or able to be sponsored by the company.

WHAT WE OFFER

Monthly salary of AED 1,700 to 2,500 depending on skill and experience.

Company provided shared accommodation.

Medical insurance as per UAE law.

Employment visa and Emirates ID processed by the company.

Transport to and from site.

Annual leave and return air ticket as per UAE Labour Law.

Overtime paid as per UAE Labour Law.

Steady, continuous work across an ongoing pipeline of fit-out and joinery projects.
