Part-time A-Level Chemistry Tutor

We are seeking a passionate and reliable A-Level Chemistry Tutor to deliver 1 lesson per week to learners at our education centre. This is a part-time role, ideal for qualified tutors or teachers looking to supplement their income with a consistent and rewarding position.

As it stands, these are the only hours we have available.

The students in the class will be studying in preparation for AS/A-Level Chemistry. The class will not be board specific (not specifically AQA/Edexcel etc.).

The students in the class are studying elsewhere fulltime, and are here for supplementary education.

Timing:

Tuesday: 18:00-20:00

You will teach 1 Hour of AS (Year 1) & 1 Hour of A2 (Year 2).

Responsibilities

Develop engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.

Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.

Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding academic progress.

Ability to commit weekly for the entire academic year.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Tutor or Teacher.

Strong understanding of educational principles and practices.

Experience working with diverse student populations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
