As a Solution Engineer you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize solutions that enhance warehouse operations. This role combines generic responsibilities with role-specific expertise.

How you create impact

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Blue Yonder platform, including architecture, APIs, and configuration options, to design optimal solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain custom application components, extensions, and services in line with platform and coding standards.

Apply secure coding practices and ensure compliance with KN security standards throughout development.

Ensure adherence to SDLC principles and Agile methodologies during design and implementation.

Ensure all source code is secured and committed to the appropriate repository in preparation for release packaging and deployment.

Use monitoring and profiling tools such as MOCA Console and Trace Analyzer to proactively detect, isolate, and resolve issues.

Conduct root cause analysis on testing defects and implement appropriate resolutions.

Optimise solution performance, reliability, and maintainability through refactoring and technical debt management.

Contribute to continuous improvement of development frameworks, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and maintainability.
