Role Overview

We are looking for a Operations Manager (B2C and B2B) to manage business operations, teams, clients, and performance across both verticals while ensuring smooth execution and business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day B2B & B2C operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Lead, mentor, and monitor team performance against targets.

Manage key clients and handle escalations professionally.

Coordinate with Sales, Photography, Editing, QC, and other teams.

Track revenue, productivity, KPIs, and operational performance.

Identify process gaps and implement improvements.

Work closely with management to achieve business and operational goals.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.

3-5 years of experience in Operations, B2B/B2C, Sales, or similar roles.

Strong team handling and client management skills.

Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

CRM/ERP knowledge is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
