Responsibilities
1. Sales Support
Assist in achieving sales goals by providing administrative support to the sales team.
Process, track, and follow up on special orders and repair requests, communicating status to client advisors.
2. Inventory Management
Manage inventory levels, including receiving new merchandise, ticketing, and organizing backstock.
Process damages, reticketing, mark out of stocks, and returns to vendors (RTVs).
3. Administrative Tasks
Maintain data integrity in sales systems, such as Salesforce.com.
Coordinate and schedule sales training and events.
Manage sales enabling tools and technologies.
4. Customer Service
Assist with special events, including processing and reconciling necessary invoices and client orders.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and a luxury mindset.
5. Team Collaboration
Support jewelry specialists on the sales floor with any requests or needs that enhance the overall client experience.
Manage, coach, and develop sales team members in relationship selling, product knowledge, repairs, and adherence to store procedures.
