Buscamos un Programador de PLC SR con sólida experiencia en automatización industrial, programación de controladores, desarrollo de HMI y diagnóstico de redes industriales. La persona ideal tendrá experiencia en el sector automotriz y participará en proyectos de integración, puesta en marcha y optimización de procesos..

Perfil que buscamos:

Formación: Ingeniería Mecatrónica, Ingeniería en Automatización y Control, Ingeniería en Robótica, Ingeniería Electrónica, Ingeniería Industrial con especialidad en Automatización.

Requisitos:

+ 5 años de experiencia en programación de PLC y automatización, con conocimientos sólidos en:

PLC: Allen Bradley, Siemens

Manejo de lenguaje Ladder avanzado, st (deseado), AOI/UDT, troubleshooting

HMI: PanelView, diagnósticos, alarmas

Redes: Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus

Safety: PLC, relés, cortinas, scanners

Integración de robots: Robots, vision, vdf neumática, atornilladores, IO link, remote IO, visión Cognex/Keyence, variadores de frecuencia,

Competencias:

Interpretación de diagramas eléctricos e instrumentación.

Experiencia en proyectos dentro de la industria automotriz.

Estimaciones técnicas y liderazgo técnico básico.

Capacidad de análisis, toma de decisiones y orientación a resultados.

Responsabilidades clave:

Programación y configuración de PLC (Allen Bradley, Siemens).

Desarrollo de lógica de control en Ladder, AOI, UDT y bloques reutilizables.

Diseño y configuración de pantallas HMI (PanelView, Dynics, Weintek).

Diagnóstico y solución de fallas en PLC, HMI y redes industriales.

Configuración de redes Ethernet/IP, Profinet y Modbus TCP.

Implementación y pruebas de sistemas de seguridad (PLC Safety, relés, cortinas, scanners).

Integración con robots, sistemas de visión (Cognex/Keyence) e instrumentación industrial.

Soporte en puesta en marcha, arranques, optimización de ciclo y soporte a producción.

Elaboración de diagramas, documentación técnica y reporte de avances.

Idioma: Inglés intermedio-avanzado. Disponibilidad para viajar: Sí, según requerimientos del proyecto.
