Job Description

The role involves assisting the distribution and logistics team with data collection and analysis. The position requires communication within the supply chain team and coordination with both internal and external providers.

Update material master data with shipping matrix to facilitate PP/Forecast

Support month-end accruals

Enhance existing reports (FG: PP vs Forecast vs Actual; Bulk: PP vs Forecast; Bulk: GR vs IR) using Python scripts for monthly reporting and forecast reporting in Excel reports. This includes on-going data cleansing on Freight Spend Report maintained manually by FBA Team

To build dashboard for volume budget forecast and actual comparison

To publish these reports in PBI for management review

To facilitate investigation on outliners

To update user guide

Requirements:

Bachelors or equivalent

Please note this role is for the January 2027 intake
