About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Okta Identity Cloud to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in overseeing project lifecycles, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively.

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Utilize your expertise in Okta Identity Cloud to implement identity management solutions that meet organizational needs.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact project success.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and performance.

Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

Expertise You'll Bring:

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Okta Identity Cloud.

Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

Experience with other identity management solutions and cloud technologies.

Familiarity with compliance and security standards related to identity management.

Experience in leading teams and mentoring junior project managers.

The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience in project management, particularly in the realm of identity and access management.
