Following your onboarding and training period, you'll have the opportunity to work in ahybrid model with up to 3 days per week from home.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse within our Medical Assistance team, you'll provide clinical support and case management for customers experiencing illness or injury while travelling.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing professional telephonic health advice and support

Assessing and managing complex medical cases

Reviewing medical information and treatment plans

Liaising with hospitals, treating practitioners, and healthcare providers globally

Supporting customer outcomes through effective coordination of care

Providing clinical guidance to non-medical colleagues when required

Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and best-practice service delivery

This role offers a unique opportunity to utilise your Emergency Department experience in a corporate healthcare setting while remaining clinically engaged.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking nurses who combine strong clinical capability with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

You'll bring:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Minimum 2 years' Emergency Department experience (preferred)

Advanced life support qualifications such as ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, APLS or equivalent

Sound clinical assessment and decision-making skills

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

A professional and empathetic telephone manner

Confidence working within digital systems and technology-enabled workflows

Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends

Flexibility to work within a hybrid working arrangement following training
