Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Modeler Architect with 12–16 years of expertise in enterprise data architecture and data modeling. The ideal candidate should have strong experience designing scalable data models, defining data architecture standards and translating complex business requirements into robust data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:-

Design and lead conceptual, logical and physical data models.

Define enterprise-wide data architecture, modeling standards and best practices.

Translate complex business requirements into scalable data solutions.

Design data structures for data warehouses, data lakes and analytics platforms.

Collaborate with data engineers, architects and business stakeholders.

Optimize data models for performance, scalability and maintainability.

Ensure data quality, integrity, governance and consistency.

Create and maintain data architecture and model documentation.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data modeling teams.

Drive modernization and continuous improvement of enterprise data platforms.

Required Skills:-

12–16 years of experience in Data Modeling / Data Architecture.

Strong expertise in Conceptual, Logical & Physical Data Modeling.

Strong understanding of Enterprise Data Architecture.

Experience with Data Warehousing, Data Lakes and dimensional modeling.

Strong SQL and database concepts.

Good understanding of ETL/ELT and modern data platforms.

Experience with data modeling tools such as Erwin, ER/Studio or similar.

Understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality and security.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Candidates with 0–30 days notice period preferred.
