About the role
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Personal Trust Service Representative to join our Personal Trust Team. In this role, you will provide support to Trust Administrators in the day to day administration of personal trust, investment managed and custody/agency accounts, meeting the needs and demands of clients, co-fiduciaries, trust beneficiaries, advisors and internal department and system wide personnel. You will also assist in the setup of accounts, assets, distributions, disbursements, and working files, as well as assists in monitoring and/or escalating issues and meeting compliance requirements.
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Hours may vary)
Compensation
The hourly range for this role is $18.25 to $24.00/hour; commensurate with experience.
The ideal candidate will have
Work experience in financial services – wealth management, trust administration, tax, general banking or brokerage house helpful.
Associate’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
2 years of experience in customer service and/or clerical work.
Work experience in financial services - wealth management, trust administration, tax, general banking or brokerage house helpful
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Access and Visio helpful
Ability to learn Trust-specific software programs, such as SEI Wealth Platform, Extra and RMS
Ability to verbally communicate effectively with individuals and in a group setting
Ability to draft and edit reports or correspondence in proper form preferred
Ability to meet deadlines, establish and maintain priorities and work under time constraints with interruptions
Ability to understand and assimilate information
Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through
Ability to manage detailed information with accuracy
Ability to use judgment and discretion regarding confidential information is essential
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment is critical
Ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
Ability to handle multiple tasks and to meet strict deadlines on a daily basis
Good time management skills
Proactive and able to work independently
Occasional customer contact
