Un'azienda attiva nel commercio al dettaglio, con sede a Casalecchio Di Reno, cerca un/una Addetto/a back office per supportare le attività quotidiane dell'ufficio commerciale.

Attività previste:

Gestione e inserimento degli ordini nel gestionale aziendale

Supporto alle attività amministrative legate alle vendite

Monitoraggio delle pratiche e aggiornamento dello stato degli ordini

Comunicazione con i reparti logistico e commerciale per il coordinamento delle consegne

Elaborazione di documenti e reportistica interna

Requisiti richiesti:

Diploma di scuola superiore

Buona padronanza del pacchetto Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Precisione e attenzione al dettaglio

Capacità di lavorare in team e gestire le priorità

Attitudine al problem solving

Offerta e benefit:

Contratto full-time a termine di 6 mesi (tempo pieno, 40 ore settimanali dal lunedì al venerdì)

Retribuzione lorda mensile indicativa: 1.500-1.800 €

Formazione continua e supporto da parte di personale esperto

Orario flessibile in fase di inserimento

Ingresso in azienda da subito per l'avvio
