The Team
Our Corporate Finance team has extensive experience achieving impactful results for our clients including founders, entrepreneurs, financial investors of all sizes, and market-leading corporations operating businesses across all industries globally. Offering you the chance to actively contribute to all aspects of transaction processes while learning directly from experienced professionals.
How you will contribute
We are looking for an Intern (m/f/d) in Frankfurt or Munich for a duration of 3-6 months. As a valued member of our team, you will:
Support the execution of M&A and corporate finance projects, including financial modelling, valuation (DCF, LBO, trading and transaction comparables) and strategic analyses
Assist in the drafting of marketing materials such as teasers, information memorandums, management presentations and pitch decks
Conduct comprehensive market, industry and company research across a range of sectors
Perform buyer and investor screenings and build detailed buyer/investor lists
Support due diligence processes on both buy- and sell-side transactions, as part of integrated deal teams
Qualifications
A strong academic track record in finance, economics, business, or a related field - final year of your bachelor’s or within a master program
Relevant internship experience in M&A, corporate finance, private equity, or transaction services are highly valued
Demonstrated interest in financial advisory, corporate transactions and solid understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and M&A processes
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial research databases and tools (Capital IQ, Bloomberg, etc.)
Excellent German and English language skills
