We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support our client//'s EC3 Salesforce environment. This role requires a highly skilled professional who can quickly integrate into an established team, contribute immediately, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal ramp-up time.

The ideal candidate will possess strong Salesforce development expertise, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to take ownership of assigned work while helping accelerate delivery across several high-priority initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Support, maintain, and enhance the client//'s EC3 Salesforce environment. Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce platform issues, performance concerns, and production incidents. Implement system enhancements and new functionality across Salesforce applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business users to deliver high-quality solutions. Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices. Provide ongoing platform support, monitoring, and maintenance activities. Take ownership of assigned projects and deliverables from analysis through deployment. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance platform stability, scalability, and user experience. Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs. Proven experience supporting and enhancing complex Salesforce environments. Experience troubleshooting production issues and resolving platform-related challenges. Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and deployment processes. Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications, systems, and APIs. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and ramp-up time. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience working in Agile development environments. Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II Certification. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud. Familiarity with CI/CD processes and Salesforce DevOps tools. Experience with middleware and integration platforms. Knowledge of Salesforce security, governance, and best practices. Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations. Success Factors
