(Entry Level) HR Talent Acquisition Specialist (One-North MRT)

Job Details:

One-North MRT

Contract duration: 1 year

Working Hours: 8.00am – 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Basic Salary: UP to $3,200

Job Scope:

Supporting HR recruitment activities for blue-collar associates and be confident in liaising and communicating with operators and technicians on a regular basis

Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.

Partner hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines.

Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication and positive candidate experience.

Maintain accurate candidate records in systems

(e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).

Support onboarding coordination and pre-employment documentation.

Participate in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and hiring events.

Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing strategies.

Use automation (e.g., scheduling tools, templated communications, workflows) to improve recruiter productivity and candidate turnaround time.

Support implementation and adoption of digital TA tools (e.g., ATS enhancements, dashboards, chatbot solutions).

Identify opportunities to streamline and scale hiring processes through technology and continuous improvement.

Contribute to building AI-enabled TA playbooks (e.g., sourcing templates, workflow best practices)
