About the role

Responsibilities

Conduct legal and compliance research and design solutions for the platform's market expansion and business implementation in target countries, providing professional legal support for strategic business decision-making.

Deliver end-to-end legal support for the platform's daily operations, compliance management, corporate governance, and regulatory communications in target countries.

Assist in handling various emergency and adverse incidents, including local employee relations, complex customer complaints, public opinion crises, and unexpected events. Provide professional legal assessments and solutions, and continuously optimize business processes through post-case reviews and reflections.

Continuously monitor and study the latest legal, regulatory, and policy developments in target countries, and manage external legal counsel and partners.

Draft, review, and revise a wide range of commercial agreements, platform rules, and other legal documents.

Develop and deliver compliance guidelines, conduct compliance training and risk awareness sessions for business teams, and enhance overall compliance awareness across the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Law from a recognized university, with at least 1 year of relevant legal experience in an internet platform company, a top-tier law firm, or a multinational corporation.

Strong interest in technology, innovation, and business, with proven ability to independently identify, assess, handle, and manage legal and compliance risks in cross-border projects across multiple jurisdictions.

Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), with English as a working language; excellent cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills.

Highly self-motivated, proactive, and responsible, with strong teamwork spirit and ability to perform well under pressure.

Pay: From $5,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

work rights with no restrictions in Singapore (Required)
