About the role

A well-established contracting company is looking for a qualified and experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our team.

Position: QA/QC Engineer Job Type: Site-Based Industry: Construction / Contracting Location: UAE

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain project QA/QC procedures at site.

Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, and quality standards.

Conduct site inspections and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.

Prepare and maintain WIRs, MIRs, NCRs, inspection reports, and other quality documentation.

Monitor ongoing site activities and identify quality issues.

Follow up on corrective and preventive actions and ensure timely closure of NCRs.

Support quality audits and continuous improvement activities.
