About the role

Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents.

Review and coordinate shop drawings with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines.

Prepare and submit Material Submittals, Technical Submittals, Method Statements, RFIs/TQs, and other technical documents.

Review equipment selections, technical datasheets, and manufacturers' recommendations.

Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams regarding technical matters.

Resolve design discrepancies and technical/site issues and provide engineering solutions.

Ensure MEP works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, UAE codes, and authority requirements.

Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and sometimes ELV systems.

Support procurement by reviewing technical requirements and proposed materials/equipment.

Participate in technical meetings and provide technical clarifications.

Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover.

Maintain proper technical records and ensure documents are updated and approved.

Experience:

UAE: 3-6 years (Required)

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
