About the role
Job Description
Prepare, review, and coordinate landscape and swimming pool designs, drawings, and technical documents.
Supervise and monitor the execution of landscape and swimming pool works at site.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and material requirements.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and UAE regulations.
Coordinate swimming pool hydraulic, filtration, pumping, drainage, waterproofing, and MEP requirements.
Coordinate landscape works including softscape, hardscape, irrigation, drainage, planting, paving, and external works.
Monitor project progress, workmanship, materials, and site activities.
Prepare and review technical submissions, material submittals, method statements, RFIs, inspection requests, and technical reports.
Review and approve materials and equipment in coordination with consultants and project requirements.
Assist in planning, budgeting, quantity estimation, and procurement for landscape and pool works.
Identify technical issues and provide appropriate engineering solutions.
Conduct site inspections and ensure proper implementation of approved designs.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover of swimming pool and landscape works.
Maintain proper project documentation and records.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
Experience:
UAE: 3-10 years (Required)
Pay: From AED12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
