We are looking for experienced Male and Female Laser Technician Nurses to join our aesthetic clinic in Abu Dhabi.
This position is specifically for candidates with hands-on experience in aesthetic laser treatments and laser hair removal. We are NOT looking for general nurses without laser/aesthetic clinic experience.
Mandatory Requirements
Valid DOH / HAAD Nursing License or Eligibility is mandatory.
NCLC Certification is mandatory.
Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Laser Technician / Laser Nurse in an aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic, or medical aesthetics clinic.
Strong practical experience in laser hair removal and aesthetic laser procedures.
Must have hands-on experience operating professional laser equipment.
Good understanding of different skin types, laser settings, contraindications, and treatment protocols.
Ability to perform client consultation, skin assessment, pre-treatment preparation, laser procedures, and post-treatment care.
Must be confident in explaining procedures, treatment plans, precautions, and aftercare to clients.
Excellent communication and patient/client-handling skills.
Well-groomed, professional, and presentable.
Willing to work in a target-driven aesthetic clinic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform professional laser hair removal and aesthetic laser treatments according to clinic protocols.
Conduct client consultations and assess skin type, treatment suitability, and contraindications.
Select appropriate laser settings according to skin type, treatment area, and clinical protocol.
Operate laser devices safely and effectively.
Follow strict infection-control, hygiene, and laser-safety standards.
Explain treatment procedures, expected results, possible side effects, and aftercare instructions.
Maintain accurate treatment records and client documentation.
Monitor clients during and after procedures and escalate any adverse reactions when required.
Ensure proper preparation, cleaning, and maintenance of laser equipment.
Provide excellent customer service and contribute to client retention and satisfaction.
Achieve assigned treatment and performance targets.

Aesthetic Nurse with strong laser experience
Dermatology/Aesthetic Nurse with hands-on laser experience
Experience with professional aesthetic laser platforms and multiple skin types will be an advantage.
