About the role
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lifting Appointed Person with previous ADNOC approval (Onshore/Offshore). The candidate must be fully familiar with ADNOC lifting regulations, LOLER standards, and safe lifting operations in oil & gas environments.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and authorize all lifting operations as per ADNOC and international standards.
Prepare lifting plans, risk assessments, and method statements.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE rules and site safety protocols.
Coordinate with riggers, crane operators, and site supervisors to ensure safe execution of lifting activities.
Verify lifting equipment certifications and ensure proper inspection before use.
Communicate with ADNOC representatives and project teams for approvals and site coordination.
Mandatory Requirements
Certified Lifting Appointed Person (LEEA or equivalent).
Previous ADNOC approval (Onshore/Offshore).
Strong knowledge of lifting plans, load charts, and crane operations.
Minimum 3–5 years experience in oil & gas lifting operations.
Must be currently inside the UAE.
Ability to join immediately.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in shutdowns, brownfield, and live plant environments.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Familiarity with ADNOC PTW system.
