Mobile Engineer (Flutter/ Android/ Kotlin) | RYN | Agency Contract

KeyResponsibilities

Application Development:

Design, build, and maintain native Android applications using

Kotlin

and

Java

.

Architecture & Clean Code:

Implement scalable architectures (

MVVM

,

Clean Architecture

) and design patterns.

Security & Compliance:

Implement secure authentication/authorization (OAuth 2.0, JWT, MFA), biometric login (Fingerprint/Face Unlock), certificate pinning, and Android Keystore protection adhering to

OWASP Mobile Top 10

and SSDLC standards.

API Integration:

Integrate RESTful APIs, JSON-based web services, and enterprise backend microservices.

Quality & Testing:

Write unit and UI automation tests (JUnit, Espresso), practice TDD, conduct code reviews, and resolve complex performance issues.

DevOps & Delivery:

Maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, vulnerability scanning, and App Store/Play Store deployments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with UI/UX designers, solution architects, cybersecurity engineers, and product owners in Agile/Scrum environments.

Requirements& Qualifications

Education

: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.

Experience

5+ years of hands-on native Android development experience.

Core Tech Stack

: Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, Android Studio, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines/Flow, RxJava.

Security Expertise

: Cryptography, Android Keystore, data encryption at rest/in transit, threat detection (e.g., v-Key, Zimperium).

Tools & CI/CD

: Git, Jenkins, Bitrise, SonarQube, Gradle, JIRA/Confluence.

Nice to Have

: Experience with mobile/internet banking systems, cross-platform frameworks, or HarmonyOS.
