Our client is seeking an AI & Tech KOLs Manager to support its international communications efforts and help strengthen its positioning as a leading AI company in overseas markets.

The role will focus on identifying, engaging, and building long-term relationships with influential technology KOLs, creators, analysts, and digital communities across key global platforms, including X, Substack, Reddit, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the global AI and technology landscape, experience working with online creators or opinion leaders, and the ability to develop engagement strategies that increase our client's visibility, credibility, and share of voice among international audiences.

This role is well suited for someone who is deeply connected to the technology ecosystem, understands how influence is built online, and can translate corporate narratives

Job Description

Identify, connect with, and engage influential technology KOLs, creators, analysts, writers, podcasters, and community leaders across key platforms, especially X, Substack, Reddit, and YouTube.

Develop and execute KOL engagement strategies to grow client's online presence, brand mentions, and share of voice in global AI and technology conversations.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with relevant technology KOLs and digital creators to support ongoing corporate communications, AI branding, and thought leadership initiatives.

Work closely with internal communications and business teams to identify key topics, proof points, and narratives that resonate with global technology audiences.

Monitor online conversations and creator discussions around AI, cloud computing, open-source technology, e-commerce innovation, and other industry-relevant topics to identify engagement opportunities.

Support the development of creator-friendly materials, including briefing notes, talking points, backgrounders, content ideas, and key messaging documents.

Organize and coordinate small-scale gatherings, briefings, and roundtable discussions to keep KOLs informed about our client's latest developments and strengthen relationships within the technology creator ecosystem.

Track and report on KOL engagement performance, including online mentions, content reach, sentiment, creator participation, and relationship development progress.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in technology KOL management, influencer relations, creator partnerships, digital communications, technology PR, or social media strategy.

Strong understanding of the global technology and AI landscape, including key online communities, creators, and discussion platforms.

Existing network or proven ability to build relationships with technology KOLs, creators, writers, analysts, or community leaders, particularly on X, Substack, Reddit, and YouTube.

Experience developing creator partnerships, content collaborations, influencer engagement programs, or online advocacy initiatives.

Good understanding of social listening, online sentiment analysis, content performance measurement, and digital analytics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language capabilities are an advantage.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and international teams.

Passion for AI, emerging technologies, and the evolving digital creator ecosystem.
