Account Assistant

We are currently seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our Account team as Account Assistant.

What you will do

As an Account Assistant, the candiadate will support the Account team during the entire creative development cycle of brands design & communication projects, from brief to delivery; reporting to the Account Executive.

Collaborate with senior account in the development and coordination of packaging, communication and below the line activities;

Managing projects from development to completion including schedule creation, budgeting and invoicing;

Support the team to handle multiple projects at the same time;

Communicate with marketing departments in the execution of creative projects (presentation, revisions, approval);

Participate to meetings, prepare reports documenting meeting discussion;

Undertake administrative tasks.

Skills & Requirements

Degree in Marketing or Communication;

At least 1 year experience in communication/packaging below the line agencies or marketing departments;

Good organizational and time-management skills;

Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills;

Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook;

Fluent in English.

The position offers a gross annual salary of € 25.102,00. Additional compensation and company benefits may also apply and will be discussed and defined during the selection process and on an individual basis.

For this position, we offer a fixed term contract (12 months).
