Discover the Role

As an Assistant Manager Administration, you will support the administration of a portfolio of capital markets vehicles spanning a range of asset classes, including CLOs, SRT transactions and Real Estate Back-Leverage structures. Working closely with clients, external parties and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of services and maintaining strong client relationships. In partnership with the Manager and Director, you will contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the Capital Markets team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Board and Shareholder meetings, including governance documentation, minutes, resolutions and statutory filings ;

Maintain statutory records and oversee entity lifecycle events, including partnership formations, terminations, liquidations and dissolutions ;

Review corporate and transaction documentation while ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations, partnerships agreements and accounting standards ;

Support business acceptance, cash management and audit-related activities ;

Build and develop strong relationships with clients, advisers and key stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality service ;

Coordinate client deliverables, action trackers and day-to-day company secretarial matters ;

Supervise, mentor and develop junior team members, including participation in recruitment, objective setting and performance reviews ;

Support resource planning, workload allocation and absence management across client teams ;

Promote best practices, internal controls and consistent processes across the business ;

Hold signing responsibilities in line with Group Policy and contribute to team and group-wide projects.

Key Requirements

Ideally 5+ years' experience in a Funds or Capital Markets environment, gained in a similar role ;

Previous people management experience is highly desirable ;

Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a commitment to delivering outstanding client service ;

Strong presentation, negotiation and influencing skills ;

Knowledge of company secretarial, accounting, audit, cash management and transactional review activities ;

Solid understanding of commercial, legal, regulatory and operational principles ;

Excellent organizational and time management skills ;

Strong written and verbal communications skills in English ;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, as well as experience with databases.
