As part of this transformation, we’re recruiting for multiple new roles that offer a rare opportunity to join us at a pivotal moment. These roles will play a critical part in translating strategic intent into clear priorities and coordinated action, driving real, meaningful change across the business and securing WA’s water future.

About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded professional to join our Strategy and Transformation Group as Senior Analyst – Value, Performance and Insights in a permanent role.
In this role, you will turn complex data into clear, decision-ready insights that help leaders track performance, prioritise investment, and improve delivery outcomes across the organisation. You’ll play a key role in strengthening enterprise reporting, identifying risks and opportunities, and supporting smarter strategic decisions. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile corporate priorities, influence senior stakeholders, and contribute to meaningful outcomes for customers and the community.
What the role will involve:
Deliver high-quality enterprise performance reporting, dashboards and executive insights
Analyse trends, risks, delivery performance and organisational outcomes
Support governance forums with clear recommendations and strategic analysis
Support deep-dive reviews to identify root causes and improvement opportunities
Improve the quality, consistency and integrity of performance data across business units
Partner with leaders, PMOs, Finance, Risk and Data teams to align reporting and priorities
Contribute to continuous improvement of enterprise performance frameworks and measures
Translate technical information into clear and practical messages for senior audiences
Key skills and experience:
Degree qualification in Business, Science, Engineering or related discipline
Strong experience in strategy, performance, analytics or corporate reporting environments
Experience developing executive reports, dashboards and insight papers
Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex information
Experience using reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Excel or similar
Good understanding of enterprise data storage and reporting systems such as SAP, PMIS or similar
Excellent written communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities
