Your Opportunity:
Reporting to the Senior PM - Emerging Adult Services, the South Corridor Project Manager (PM) provides project direction/support to the Emerging Adult initiative including scoping, implementation, evaluation of a new model of care within Lethbridge / Rural West in South Corridor. This position is based in Lethbridge. This position works with a high degree of independence providing leadership and planning support to implement a new model of care for Emerging Adults (18 to 29 years) that meets the needs of those who require mental health or psychiatric supports. Implementation will include tailoring an established implementation toolkit to the local context. Future planning will include all levels of intervention including intensive services; the initial focus will be on outpatient services. The PM applies service design, change management and process improvement principles to the project and uses various tools and models for project management/evaluation. This role provides consulting expertise and advice. This project is focused on the provision of a well-integrated emerging adult addiction and mental health services system in the South Corridor. This position is responsible for: Managing deliverables and timelines. Data collection, analysis. Internal and External communications. Facilitates active inclusion of all Addiction & Mental Health programs and other parts of the health continuum that focus on emerging adult health & mental health to assist in the development of an effective, patient-focused continuum of care. Integrates project outcomes into regular clinical flow, with associated clinical development and primary responsibility designing a “roadmap” that will assist both professionals and the public in easily identifying appropriate tiers and service options. Works with health professionals and senior administrators from across the Corridor and province.
