As part of the Supply Chain Capital Projects team, you will support procurement and supply chain activities related to large-scale capital investments and infrastructure projects.
You will collaborate closely with procurement specialists, project managers, engineers, and suppliers to help ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Sourcing Support
Support competitive bidding and supplier selection activities.
Assist in preparing Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and bid evaluation packages.
Participate in commercial and contractual reviews.
Support supplier negotiations under the guidance of experienced procurement professionals.
Assist with purchase order preparation and execution activities.
Supplier Management
Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and project milestones.
Support supplier risk identification and mitigation activities.
Assist in resolving issues related to schedule, quality, delivery, or commercial matters.
Participate in supplier review meetings and performance assessments.
Project Support
Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Construction, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
Provide procurement status updates and support project reporting activities.
Maintain procurement trackers, action logs, and project documentation.
Participate in project review meetings and follow-up actions.
Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement
Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reports.
Analyze procurement and capital expenditure (CAPEX) data.
Support cost-reduction and value engineering initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, supply chain tools, and overall performance.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects across the organization.
What We're Looking For
Education
You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
Supply Chain Management
Procurement
Business Administration
Project Management
Or a related field
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and international environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.
Experience or exposure to ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Interest in industrial projects, manufacturing, engineering, energy, or infrastructure environments.
Languages
Fluent French.
Professional English (written and spoken).
