QA/QC Engineer

QA/QC Engineer – Landscaping

Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC is looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer – Landscaping to oversee quality control activities across landscaping, hardscape, softscape, irrigation, civil, and external works projects.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures, ITPs, checklists, and quality standards.

Conduct site inspections to ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.

Inspect hardscape, softscape, irrigation, paving, planting, drainage, kerbs, and external works.

Inspect and verify materials before installation according to approved material submittals and specifications.

Prepare and maintain IRs, MIRs, ITPs, checklists, test reports, and inspection records.

Review material approvals, test certificates, method statements, and technical submissions.

Identify quality issues, raise NCRs, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions until closure.

Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants, clients, Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors, and site teams.

Coordinate testing, inspections, snagging, and rectification works.

Monitor site activities and ensure approved method statements and quality procedures are properly followed.

Assist with as-built documentation and final project handover.

Prepare regular QA/QC reports and maintain accurate project quality records.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, UAE requirements, and applicable quality standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant QA/QC experience.

Proven experience in landscaping, construction, infrastructure, or external works.

Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods, materials, and quality requirements.

Hands-on experience with ITPs, IRs, MIRs, NCRs, method statements, inspections, and QA/QC documentation.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documents.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

UAE landscaping/construction experience is preferred.

UAE Driving License is an advantage.

Immediate joiners are preferred.
