Join Property Shop Investment (PSI) as an Operations Supervisor and play a key role in driving operational excellence, team performance, and continuous improvement across our business operations. Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Develop and implement operational strategies, goals, and performance standards aligned with company objectives.

Monitor workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Track and analyze operational KPIs, ensuring targets are met and corrective actions are taken when necessary.

Lead, motivate, and develop operational teams through coaching, performance management, and training initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety requirements.

Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors to support business objectives.

Address operational challenges, customer concerns, and service issues while driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is Preferred.

3 to 5 years of experience in Operations Management or a similar role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent leadership and people management capabilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of operational best practices and process optimization.

Proficiency in operational reporting and relevant business software tools.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
