About the role

WE ARE HIRING – HR RECRUITER

Work Location - Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 1,500 + Monthly Commission

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through multiple recruitment channels

Conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates

Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups

Manage recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records

Coordinate with clients and internal teams for manpower requirements

Requirements:

Recruitment / HR Recruiter experience is required

Manpower Supply / Recruitment Services experience preferred

Strong communication and candidate-handling skills

Target-oriented and proactive approach

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
