About the role

Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in Quality Management Engineering, Civil Engineering, Materials Science or related majors; Hold internal auditor/external auditor qualifications for ISO 9001 Quality Management System, preference will be given to candidates with UAE local Quality Engineer registration certification; Familiar with Dubai's residential construction project quality acceptance standards and construction material entry inspection specifications.

Work Experience: At least 8 years of quality management experience in the construction industry, including no less than 4 years of quality control experience in Dubai residential construction projects; Have full-process quality control experience in residential project concrete structures, masonry works, decoration and finishing works; Familiar with Dubai Municipality's quality inspection processes and special project acceptance requirements such as fire protection and waterproofing, with practical experience in dealing with local quality complaints and rectifications.

Professional Skills: Proficient in the full-process operation of quality management systems, able to formulate project quality plans, inspection plans and non-conforming product disposal plans; Master quality improvement tools such as Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA); Familiar with local standards and inspection methods of construction materials (such as steel bars, cement, waterproof materials), able to effectively control subcontractors' construction quality.

Core Competencies: Fluent in English (working language), basic Arabic proficiency is preferred, rigorous and meticulous in work, with a strong sense of responsibility; Possess excellent communication and coordination capabilities and problem-solving skills, able to promote collaborative solutions to quality problems among design, construction and supervision units; Have strong data analysis capabilities, able to optimize control measures through quality data review; Understand the collaboration process of local quality inspection institutions to ensure compliance and completeness of acceptance data.
