Experiencia en administración de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de edificios, instalaciones y habitaciones.

Manejo de presupuestos operativos y proyectos de inversión (CAPEX).

Experiencia en gestión de proveedores, contratos de mantenimiento y proyectos de remodelación.

Inglés Avanzado

Dominio de Microsoft Office y sistemas de gestión de mantenimiento.

Liderazgo de equipos multidisciplinarios.

Solución de problemas.

Trabajo bajo presión.

Desarrollo e implementación de estrategias de ahorro energético.

Cumplimiento de normativas de seguridad, higiene y protección civil.

Administración de inventarios, herramientas, refacciones y suministros.

Gestión de indicadores de mantenimiento, productividad y servicio.

Control de costos y optimización de recursos operativos.
