About the role

College Group are a privately held company founded in 1989. We are the largest processor and exporter of animal by-products in Ireland. Diversification and investment strategy has resulted in large scale developments in the production of biofuels and the manufacture of organic fertilisers. Continuous development has led to expansion into renewable energy with solar installation and planned renewable gas production.

College Group are currently seeking to recruit a Lorry Driver to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring all collections/ deliveries are made in a professional and timely manner.

To resolve issues/queries effectively and to escalate to relevant departments where necessary.

To establish good working relationships with customers.

Follow route and time schedule.

Responsible for daily vehicle condition checks.

Be 100% compliant with Health & Safety, road safety and Environmental Regulations

Person Specifications -

Minimum 3+ years experience driving a Heavy Goods Vehicle

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.

Must hold full clean HGV Driving Licence /CPC Card.

Ability to work under pressure
