Outlet Counter Services Officer

Overview

Job Details:

Prepare and serve food according to established recipes, portion requirements, and quality standards.

Keep the kitchen and service area clean, hygienic, and properly organized throughout the working day.

Coordinate with colleagues to maintain smooth workflow and efficient daily service operations.

Process customer payments accurately through cash handling and POS systems.

Serve customers at the counter promptly while maintaining a professional and helpful approach.

Receive customer orders carefully, confirm the required items, and ensure orders are prepared and served correctly.

Communicate respectfully with customers and help create a welcoming and positive service environment.

Assist with routine operational duties during busy periods to maintain fast and efficient customer service.

Monitor basic stock requirements and support restocking, counter preparation, and kitchen setup whenever needed.

Follow workplace hygiene, food handling, and safety procedures to maintain required service standards.

Job Experience Requirements:

Minimum Intermediate level education is required.

Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer service will be considered an advantage.

Basic communication skills with a polite and customer-oriented approach.

Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining accuracy and service quality.

Good teamwork skills with a responsible and cooperative attitude.

Willingness to follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace procedures consistently.
