Overview

Job Details:

Enhance existing product experiences and develop new design concepts that improve usability, functionality, and overall user satisfaction.

Study user behavior and product interactions to identify experience gaps and recommend practical UX improvements.

Develop, maintain, and scalable design systems to ensure consistent visual and interaction standards across products and platforms.

Define and improve internal design workflows by establishing clear processes, guidelines, documentation, and practical design standards.

Plan and coordinate designers’ workloads across upcoming projects while keeping priorities, resources, and delivery timelines clearly organized.

Conduct regular design reviews to assess proposed solutions and ensure they meet usability, visual quality, product goals, and business requirements.

Provide guidance and mentorship to designers, helping team members strengthen their skills and develop professionally.

Present design concepts, prototypes, and recommendations to stakeholders while clearly communicating the reasoning behind design decisions.

Work closely with product managers, developers, researchers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions are aligned and successfully implemented.

Maintain organized documentation covering design decisions, system updates, project changes, and final outcomes for future reference.

Explore and recommend new design tools, techniques, and working methods that can improve team efficiency and encourage innovation.

Participate actively in brainstorming and product discovery sessions, contributing creative solutions to complex product and user experience challenges.

Job Experience Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Product Design, UX Design, UI Design, or a related field, including at least 2 years in a Senior or Lead position.

Strong organizational and analytical abilities with the capacity to prioritize work, evaluate information, and make informed design decisions based on user and business data.

Practical experience creating, scaling, and maintaining structured design systems across multiple products or platforms.

Good knowledge of user research techniques, usability testing, user behavior analysis, and interface evaluation methods.

Strong visual design capabilities with excellent attention to layout, spacing, typography, hierarchy, consistency, and fine details.

Creative and user-focused mindset with a strong understanding of fundamental UI and UX principles.

Excellent presentation and communication skills with confidence in explaining design concepts, recommendations, and decisions to stakeholders.

Proven ability to work effectively with product and engineering teams in a fast-moving and collaborative environment.

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with the confidence to provide constructive feedback and support the development of other designers.
