Senior Engineer Mechatronics

Overview

Job Details:

Maintain reliable day to day operation of production lines and respond promptly to technical issues affecting manufacturing activities.

Carry out planned maintenance according to established schedules and attend to equipment breakdowns to restore production as quickly as possible.

Diagnose machinery faults, perform troubleshooting, and apply appropriate corrective measures to reduce downtime and production delays.

Assist with the installation, setup, testing, and commissioning of new machines and automated production equipment.

Coordinate with external technicians and service providers when specialized technical support is required for maintenance or equipment problems.

Conduct regular equipment inspections and support preventive maintenance activities to improve machine performance, reliability, and service life.

Follow approved maintenance procedures, safety requirements, and operational standards when carrying out all technical work.

Keep accurate records of inspections, repairs, maintenance activities, equipment faults, and relevant performance information.

Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on increasing production efficiency, reducing equipment failures, and strengthening system reliability.

Support the maintenance team in identifying recurring technical problems and recommending practical solutions to prevent future breakdowns.

Job Experience Requirements:

Professional or higher education in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related technical field.

Good knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems used in industrial equipment.

Ability to understand and work with technical manuals, electrical diagrams, wiring drawings, and system schematics.

Practical experience with automated production equipment and PLC controlled manufacturing lines will be considered an advantage.

Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications for maintenance records and routine reporting.

Strong technical problem solving and troubleshooting abilities with attention to safety and accuracy.

Willingness to learn new technologies, cooperate with colleagues, and work effectively as part of a technical maintenance team.
