Job Title: PMO – Financial Crime Compliance (FCC)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PMO professional with a strong background in project governance, reporting, and programme coordination to support Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience preparing senior management presentations, managing project governance activities, and supporting complex regulatory or compliance-driven programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Support the governance and coordination of FCC-related projects and programmes.

Prepare high-quality management presentations, dashboards, reports, and project updates for senior stakeholders.

Track project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and project teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate reporting.

Support PMO governance processes, including project documentation, meeting management, and status reporting.

Ensure project information and documentation are maintained accurately and in line with governance requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong, hands-on PMO and project governance experience.

Excellent PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills, including preparation of management-level reports and presentations.

Experience working on large-scale, complex projects or programmes.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.

Prior experience in Financial Crime Compliance (FCC), regulatory, risk, or compliance programmes will be a significant advantage.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and highly governed environment.
