Global System Administrator – NetSuite ERP & SuiteProjects Pro

Reports To: IT Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Global SystemAdministrator to support and optimize our NetSuite ERP and SuiteProjects Proplatforms. This role will serve as the primary administrator for NetSuite and SuiteProjects Pro while working closely with our Salesforce Administration team to ensure seamless integration across our quote-to-cash, project delivery, resource management, and financial processes.

The successful candidate will partner with Finance, Professional Development, Resource Management, Sales, Marketing, Project Management, and IT teams to maintain system stability, improve business processes, support users globally, and drive continuous platform enhancements.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring enterprise applications support Clarkston's strategic objectives by delivering reliable, scalable, and secure solutions that improve operational efficiency and support exceptional client service.

Primary Responsibilities

NetSuite Administration

Serve as the primary administrator for NetSuite ERP.

Manage users, roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, forms, records, and configurations.

Configure and maintain financial, project accounting, procurement, resource management, time entry, and reporting functionality.

Maintain system documentation and configuration standards.

Perform quarterly release impact assessments and coordinate testing for new NetSuite releases.

Monitor overall system health, performance, and adoption.

Coordinate sandbox refreshes and production deployments.

SuiteProjects Pro Administration

Administer SuiteProjects Pro including:

Resource Management

Project Setup

Time Entry

Expense Management

Project Financials

Utilization Reporting

Capacity Planning

Configure project templates and project accounting processes.

Support consultants, project managers, finance, and resource managers.
