IT Project Coordinator, Halifax

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented new graduate to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will support Project Managers and Program Managers in delivering projects across the organization by assisting with planning, coordination, and reporting activities.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project delivery while working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

This position requires full-time on-site presence.

All successful applicants must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Support Program Managers in developing and maintaining program reports (schedule, finance and invoice, purchase orders)

Support Project Managers in developing and maintaining project schedules, timelines, and work plans

Coordinate meetings, resources, and day-to-day project activities

Maintain accurate project documentation, including status updates, risk logs, and issue trackers

Prepare status reports and dashboard updates for stakeholders

Track project-related costs and assist with budget reporting activities

Support continuous improvement of project processes and documentation

Education Required: University degree or college diploma in IT, Business, Engineering or related field

Strong interest in project management, coordination, or business operations

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
