Regional Finance AnalystWhat this job involves: As a Regional Finance Analyst at JLL, you'll serve as a vital financial partner supporting our client accounts across the region. This role combines analytical expertise with operational finance management, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting that drives strategic decision-making. You'll work closely with the Regional Finance Lead, operations teams, and onsite facility teams to deliver exceptional financial insights and support. Your work will span monthly financial close processes, variance analysis, budget preparation, vendor payment coordination, and process improvement initiatives that require both technical precision and business acumen. What your day-to-day will look like: Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements, variance reports, and management commentary for assigned client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Support the Regional Finance Lead in business, operational, and financial decision-making processes, providing data-driven insights and risk mitigation recommendations
Measure and review financial KPIs for client accounts, tracking performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement or concern
Partner with operations teams to identify and implement cost reduction opportunities and quality improvements that enhance service delivery while optimizing financial performance
Conduct detailed variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecast, identifying trends and providing insights that support strategic decision-making
Work with JLL Business Services (JBS) to manage vendor payments, ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keeping
Coordinate the timely processing of JLL invoices and monitor accounts receivable, ensuring effective management of JLL cashflow across the region
Collaborate with the Regional Finance Lead to maintain and update guidelines and manuals associated with accounts payable and receivable processes
Serve as the financial point of contact for onsite facility teams, guiding them in compiling vendor data and responding to financial queries while building trusted relationships
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, or operational finance, preferably within commercial real estate or professional services
Strong proficiency in financial reporting, budget preparation, variance analysis, and forecasting methodologies
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling capabilities
Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly to both financial and non-financial audiences
Experience with accounts payable/receivable processes, vendor management, and cash flow monitoring
Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across diverse teams and operational stakeholders
Preferred qualifications: CPA, CMA, or progress toward professional accounting certification
Experience in commercial real estate finance, property management accounting, or facilities management
Knowledge of GAAP principles and financial statement preparation
Previous experience supporting regional or multi-site client portfolios
Demonstrated project management skills and experience leading process improvement initiatives
